Industrial stormwater : ウィキペディア英語版 | Industrial stormwater
Industrial stormwater is runoff from precipitation (rain or snow) that lands on industrial sites (e.g. manufacturing facilities). It is governed under Phase II rules of the Clean Water Act (CWA) which are enforced by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The EPA first created a Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) in 1995 to govern how industrial stormwater should be managed. Subsequent permits in (2000 ), 2008, and 2015. Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Idaho, and District of Columbia all use the EPA's MSGP as their industrial stormwater permit. Other states have developed their own state-specific industrial stormwater permits (e.g. California's Industrial General Permit (IGP )). ==References==
